As a Human Resources practitioner, her abilities and skills in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, managing, engaging, performance management, and retention are first-class and have helped various organizations build high-impact teams.
With over a decade of experience as the Head of Talent and Culture Transformation at So Fresh with a workforce of over 150 employees, her expertise in operations and people management continues to play a major role in shaping the company’s success.
As the current Head of Talent and Culture Transformation at So Fresh, her primary focus is preserving the corporate culture and strengthening the organizational capacity.
