How Our Recruitment Service Works

Payment Process

Our pricing is straightforward, based on the package you choose:

📌 Basic Package (For roles with salaries of ₦150,000 & below)

  • Flat fee of ₦80,000
  • Payment is required before recruitment begins.

📌 Premium Package (For higher-salaried roles)

  • 10% of the candidate’s gross annual salary.
  • 60% payment upfront before we begin recruitment.
  • 40% balance is due upon completion of the recruitment process.
  • If the agreed salary changes, final billing is adjusted accordingly.

Late Payments:

  • Payments must be completed within 14 days of invoice to avoid a 5% monthly interest charge.

RECRUITMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement outlines the terms of service under which Ab Moore Consulting Firm, hereinafter referred to as the "AGENCY," agrees to provide its client, hereinafter referred to as the "EMPLOYER," with recruitment services as mutually agreed upon by both parties. The objective of this Agreement is to establish a framework for delivering high-quality recruitment services that meet the needs of the EMPLOYER.

AGENCY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advertising vacancies and receiving applications using effective mediums to attract qualified candidates.
  • Pre-screening and shortlisting candidates based on the qualifications and experience criteria provided by the EMPLOYER.
  • Utilizing a panel of professional recruiters to conduct the first stage of assessments and interviews.
  • Inviting successful candidates from the first-stage interview to a second-stage interview with a representative from the EMPLOYER.
  • Sending notifications to successful candidates via email and phone.
  • Matching successful candidates to the EMPLOYER.
  • Providing a free HR Advisory Call to guide the EMPLOYER on setting up and implementing an HR management framework that facilitates the seamless integration of new hires, ensuring long-term success.
EMPLOYER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing relevant documents required by the AGENCY to ensure an efficient recruitment process (e.g., Job specification, work location, salary).
  • Inducting and onboarding recruited staff to align goals and expectations.
  • Providing adequate working conditions for recruited staff.
RECRUITMENT SERVICE & PRICING

Basic Package

  • Roles with a monthly salary of N150,000 and below.
  • Service Charge: Flat rate of N80,000 (Eighty Thousand Naira Only).
  • Includes: Advertising, shortlisting, and providing 3-5 best-fit candidates based on recruitment criteria. 25-minute free HR advisory call.

Premium Package

  • Cost: 10% of the candidate’s gross annual salary.
  • Includes all features of the Basic package plus: 25-minute free HR advisory call. 90-day replacement guarantee.
RECRUITMENT TERMS
  • Recruitment is fulfilled within 10 - 21 working days, allowing for proper screening and shortlisting.
  • If the shortlist is unsatisfactory after three attempts, a 90% refund will be issued, or the amount can be converted to store credit for future recruitment.
  • Premium service clients receive a 90-day replacement guarantee and background verification for successfully hired candidates.
  • Recruited staff will be employed solely by the EMPLOYER and will have no contractual obligation to the AGENCY.
RECRUITER’S FEE
  • The EMPLOYER agrees to pay 10% of the gross annual salary per hired candidate under the premium service, or N80,000 for the basic service, to the AGENCY depending on the service provided.
  • The EMPLOYER will pay 60% of the invoiced amount upfront to commence the process.
  • The remaining 40% balance will be due upon completion of the recruitment process. Adjustments to the final bill will be made if the agreed salary changes.
  • Invoices due and unpaid after 14 days will incur an interest charge of 5% per month.
CANDIDATE’S REPLACEMENT POLICY
  • A candidate hired under the premium service may be replaced within 90 days if they are terminated for gross misconduct or under-performance. The AGENCY will provide a replacement within 21 working days at no extra cost, provided the EMPLOYER notifies the AGENCY in writing within 14 days of the termination or resignation.
  • The AGENCY is not liable for replacement if the staff leaves due to the EMPLOYER’s breach of contract, unfair treatment, or unconducive working conditions.
REFUND & STORE CREDIT POLICY
  • If the EMPLOYER withdraws after receiving three shortlists, they are eligible for a 90% refund of the commencement fee.
  • Alternatively, the refunded amount can be converted into store credit for future recruitment services.
FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including Acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, or similar events.

TERMINATION

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.
