I’m the co-founder of So Fresh, Nigeria’s leading healthy food brand, with 12+ physical branches, a vibrant online sales system and over 150 staff. But in the beginning, we had no structure, and by 2013, we were close to shutting down. I realised it was the system. Rebuilding it changed everything.
Today, the business runs smoothly without me, and that peace of mind is something I want other business owners to experience too.

Is this a physical event?
Yes. This is a one-day, in-person business retreat in Lagos, Nigeria.

No. If you are already running a business and want to build it better, the sessions will help you see the gaps you need to address now and the structure you need as you grow.
When and where will the retreat take place?
The retreat will take place on Saturday, 14 November 2026 in Lagos, Nigeria. Confirmed attendees will receive the full venue details and attendance information.
Can I bring my business partner, team member or a friend?
Yes, but every person attending needs a separate paid ticket so we can prepare their seat, meals, materials and full event experience.
Can I pay for more than one person?
Yes. You can pay for more than one attendee. Make sure the correct information for each person is provided after payment so they receive the event updates.
Will the retreat be recorded? Will I get a replay?
Yes. Registered attendees will receive access to the speaker-session recordings after the retreat.
Is there a payment plan?
A two-part community payment option is available only to eligible community members through their private registration link. The public ticket requires full payment.
What happens after I pay?

What if I can no longer attend?
Tickets are non-refundable. Any approved ticket transfer terms will be shared before checkout, so please review the registration details carefully before paying.
